Agreement to Terms

By engaging QrioLabs for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

QrioLabs provides the following services:

  • Web development and design
  • UI/UX design
  • Brand identity design
  • Digital marketing and SEO

Project Process

Our typical project process involves:

  1. Discovery: We discuss your requirements and goals
  2. Proposal: We provide a detailed plan with pricing and timeline
  3. Build: We develop your project according to the agreed specifications
  4. Launch: We deploy and hand over your project

Payment Terms

  • We require a 50% deposit before work begins on any project
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before deployment
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue
  • We accept bank transfer and PayPal payments

Revisions

Each project scope includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, and general knowledge used in creating your project.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any materials you provide
  • Supplying content and assets in a timely manner

Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback and asset delivery. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

Warranty

We warrant that our work will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days following launch. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party modifications or client changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QrioLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
